Conducting Lessons

Becoming comfortable on a podium takes time and lots of experience. Having worked with many composers and ensembles including my own Empire Film and Media Ensemble, I have deep understanding of what it takes to effectively rehearse ensembles ranging from a chamber string ensemble to a 40-piece orchestra plus choir.

Types of ensembles worked with include:

- orchestra and soloist

- brass ensemble

- string orchestra

- english-style brass band

- chamber orchestra 

- brass octet

In addition to this, I have also worked with young conductors in private lessons or group classes. In my private lessons, my students and I work to develop productive and personalized goals. Currently my lessons are offered online via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype!
